NewsFinder: "Goldman ups stake in Lastminute.com (UK:LMC) By Steve GoldsteinLONDON (CBS.MW) -- Goldman Sachs has upped its stake in U.K. travel group Lastminute.com (UK:LMC) , buying 6.2 million shares on Aug. 5 to bring its holding in the company to 6.085 percent, Lastminute.com said in a filing on Wednesday. Goldman bought the shares, which have been hit hard of late, on the day when Lastminute said the fourth quarter would be 'challenging' but reiterated its transaction volume outlook. Shares were steady at 106.5p per share."
