How to get "un-penalized": "5:46 pm on June 16, 2004 (utc 0)I don't know if I am allowed to post email from Yahoo - but nothing in the message says I can't. If Webmasterworld moderators want to remove this, feel free, as I definitely don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.
